This role is for someone who enjoys observing, documenting, and translating creative moments into engaging content. You’ll be working closely with the studio and several brands within our ecosystem, helping capture everyday stories and turning them into meaningful visual communication.

If you’re curious about storytelling, media, and how creative brands communicate with the world, this role will give you a real place to practice.

Communication Trainee

  • You might be a good fit if you:

    → Enjoys capturing moments and turning them into visual stories
    → Pays attention to details in images, videos, and communication
    → Is curious about creative brands and how they communicate
    → Enjoys experimenting with content formats and storytelling
    → Has a flexible mindset and a can-do attitude

  • As a Media & Communication Trainee, you will have the chance to:

    → Support filming and editing video content for brands within the H&I ecosystem such as LaFuong Pastry, Dentisan Lab, Bonjour Cafe, Not so Early, and Camy Cafe & Home
    → Participate in the storytelling process behind creative projects and studio activities
    → Collaborate with the team to ensure the quality and consistency of visual content
    → Explore how different brands communicate their identity through media

    This role is a hands-on opportunity to learn how creative content is developed in real life.

  • → Full-time trainee position
    → Ability to film and shoot using iPhone 13 or newer 📱
    → Familiar with CapCut for video editing
    → Basic understanding of framing, lighting, and storytelling through video
    → Flexible thinking and willingness to learn

    Bonus points if you:
    → Know how to use a camera or video equipment
    → Have experience with Adobe Premiere
