Coffee stimulates the mind, yet most Hanoians associate coffee with downtime: they drink it when they relax, read a book, or hang out with others. Recognizing that a growing group of professionals were in need of a work-friendly space with good coffee, we design an experience specifically tailored for these modern-day workers.

H&I has accompanied with Infact Team from consulting on the process of brand naming, storytelling, tone of voice to the design of the identity, packaging, and promotional materials. Innovation Factory, or InFact in short, became the birthplace of a now thriving innovation community.
